| Jacquelyn G. Newman, Esq. is an immigration attorney licensed in
the State of California. She has been practicing immigration law in
San Francisco since 1992. Ms. Newman earned her law degree in 1991
from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San
Francisco, after earning a Ph.D. degree in Psychology at the University
of Arizona in 1986. Ms. Newman was admitted to practice law by the
California State Bar in 1991 and has devoted her practice to
immigration law. Ms. Newman is also admitted to practice before the
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the
Northern District of California.

practice is located in San Francisco. Her offices are centrally
located in the Financial District near the Immigration Court, US
Citizenship and Immigration Services Office, and San Francisco Asylum
